Can we help?

We know buying equipment for your new baby can be daunting. You want to give them the best, without wasting your money on stuff you might only use for a few months.


Couple that with pregnancy hormones and you would be forgiven for feeling a bit overwhelmed.


Well we have compiled our most frequently asked questions we have been asked in the past, along with some new ones so you should be able to find the answers to your questions here.

General Faq's

Q. Do we buy baby products?

Yes we do buy equipment, prams and toys. Please send photos of your items to info@rascalbabies.co.uk and we will send a valuation as soon as we can

 

Q. Do we deliver?

We deliver UK Wide through one of our trusted couriers tracked and insured 

We also offer a local delivery service within 10 miles for FREE

Q. Are your products new?

We specialise in Pram cleaning and servicing.
All of our prams, travel systems, and strollers are refurbished to a high standard. All our systems under go professional cleaning and servicing and even come with a 30 day warranty.

Q. Where do we ship to?

Orders can be made from and delivered to UK and Northern Ireland. Delivery on larger items may vary out of the UK mainland- please contact us for a quote.

Q. How often do you get new stock?

We get new stock weekly which is put on the website when the products have been through our  workshop. Worth keeping a look out on our facebook page as this is gives  feed of anything new we get in. 

Q. Do you accept returns?

If for any reason you would like to return your product you can do so within 7 days. See our Returns and Exchanges page for more details
