Silver Refurbishment Package

As Bronze package plus:

• All the wheels and the axle of your chassis will be fully serviced which includes cleaning, removing any old grease / lubricant and then reapplying new lubricant if necessary.
• The logos will be replaced if applicable.
• chassis will undergo an extensive polish. If your frame is black/white we will touch up to eliminate any visible surface marks

As part of our promise to you, to ensure you have peace of mind, we will also perform some essential safety tests that includes checking the parking devices (brakes) and any folding and locking mechanisms.

Second seats, Car Seats & Carrycots can be added to your refurbishment by adding the Optional Service Item Package

Once you have purchased your service you will receive an email with your next step instuctions on preparation for collection of your system.

Please ensure that your products are securely packaged so that we receive them in the best possible condition. Any damage that occurs in transit, due to insufficient packaging, is not the responsibility of Rascal Babies. Rascal Babies cannot accept any products that are not packaged adequately.

N.B. Some systems may only be eligible for Bronze package due to availability of spare parts.

Collection and return of your item is included in both 'Home' and 'Local' delivery.
