When we have taken your items back to our workshop, we work our magic to give them a new lease of life ready for the new owner, photogtaph them in our studio and store for you until they are sold . We will use our experience and research the current market and similar items which have sold online in the past 90 days. Using our expertise and professional looking photos, we'll list your items to get you the highest price. That's our magic touch!

Once the item has sold on our website and we have received cleared funds from buyers (and we are confident they are happy with their purchase after 14 days on receipt of delivery), you will receive 60% of the final sale price. This can be between 2-4 weeks depending on when payment is received and the item/s shipped. We take care of all the postage & packaging. We will send you a notication email when your product sells along with a copy of the order confirmation. If your item doesn't sell, it will cost you nothing (unless its a pram, carseat or carrycot in which we would charge a Bronze package refurbishment fee). Your products will remain on our website until sold

At certain times of the year things will sell better and achieve higher selling prices we can advise you if it's a good time to sell your items or whether it would be better to hold on to things until the time is just right.
We will take professional looking photographs and will use our own props to maximise this where necessary.

The works carried out are the equivilant of our standard bronze refurbishment package. if silver is needed it will be advised.
Repairs will be chargeable on application and deducted off the final value Fee.
If after the listing for the product has gone live on our website and the customer requests for a return on the product, a standard fee of the basic refurbisment package plus collection/return postage will be chargeable. All repairs and spares parts provided will be chargeable
